Patty Minichiello

I grew up in a small town on Long Island, about 40 minutes outside of New York City. Most of my family still lives in New York.

I attended college at Fordham University in the Bronx and graduated with a degree in Journalism. After college I worked for three years as an editor, first at Good Housekeeping Magazine and later at Woman’s Day Specials.

After relocating to Rutland in the winter of 2003, I began my career as a Realtor®. My real estate license hangs proudly in the office of Lang McLaughry Spera.

My husband and I bought a house in Rutland Town in 2005 and we are still making many late-night trips to Home Depot to renovate and redecorate it. In January of 2006, we got a Golden Retriever puppy. His name is Finley Minichiello and he has already graduated his first obedience class.

Lang McLaughry Spera is located at 2 South Main Street, in Rutland, VT, at the corner of Routes 4 and 7 (also known locally as Woodstock Avenue and Main Street).
